I book room for hourly bases and first of all I’ll reach before time 10 mints only and what happens to me receptionist men declined to gave me a room after this he gave me a room late and after 1 hour he is trying to unlock the door and come inside this is pathetic

This place is horrible. Never book this hotel they don’t even serve you nicely . The hotel room was in very pathetic condition the tap in washroom was leaking the TV didn’t working , bedsheet they have put was extremely dirty and stain on it. Receptionist was rude at the same time . Didn’t worth the money.

It's very bad experience. The rooms are dirty, bed was sounding, not even provide proper towel and soap. I have booked with complimentary breakfast, but not provide me any breakfast... when i asked for breakfast, the replies me that the breakfast will start service after 11am... who will take breakfast after 11am?? I have to leave hotel early to catch flight, I checked out at 9.30am and it was informed on last night during check in....

It’s clear that customer service isn’t a priority here. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, especially if you're looking for a stress-free stay. Certainly!
